Trip description:
1-week cabin charter in the Canary Islands with a maximum of 6 guests on board.
The starting and ending port for our Canary Island trips is Marina del Sur in Las Galletas, Tenerife.
Our destinations vary depending on wind and weather, including La Gomera, El Hierro, La Palma, or Gran Canaria.
The Canary Islands offer challenging sailing conditions with winds reaching up to 25-30 knots and waves occasionally reaching 2-3 meters or more.
Las Galletas, our starting point, is a former fishing village in the southeast of Tenerife, near the South Airport, with a pleasant promenade, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance.
On clear days, we can admire Mount Teide, the highest peak in Spain, from the boat. Between Tenerife and La Gomera, we may also have the opportunity to observe whales.
La Gomera, the second smallest Canary Island, is known for its mystical landscapes, including a rainforest in the island's center. Valle Gran Rey is particularly charming, with its hippie enclave vibe and vibrant nightlife.
La Palma and El Hierro are also impressive islands easily reachable during a week-long voyage. La Palma offers the chance to explore its highest peak, Roque de los Muchachos, with stunning views of neighboring islands.
The Canary Islands enjoy a mild climate year-round, with temperatures averaging around 20-25°C and water temperatures between 19-23°C.
Our services for this voyage include:
- 1-week cabin charter with a German-speaking skipper.
- 7 nights on board in a double cabin.
- Use of common areas on board (salon, pantry, cockpit, etc.).
- Mileage certificate.
*All prices are subject to additional contributions to the onboard kitty, estimated at approximately €250 per person per week.
The onboard kitty covers shared expenses such as base charges, provisions, fuel, harbor fees, and any additional fees incurred during the trip.
The base charge is €450 and includes the first/last night in the starting/ending port, cleaning fees, onboard WiFi, 10 liters of fuel for the dinghy, gas bottle, bed linen, and towels.
*Transportation to/from the starting/ending port is not included.

On-board cash (estimated €150-300 per person):
The on-board cash register includes port fees, final cleaning, diesel, gas, water, WiFi/Internet, deposit insurance and meals on board (billed according to consumption; the skipper does not pay in and is provided with meals from the on-board cash register).
Travel insurance, possible transfers, travel insurance and shore excursions are not included
